Rationale (Why did I start a lab environment?)
I began working on my environment in early October when I came to realize that the classes at my college were not offering enough of a challenge towards my academic skillset.
After negotiating a budget for the lab with my father, and carefully curating a list of initial equipment, I made an initial purchase for a server and some switches.
